Everything You Need to Know About HubSpot’s Breeze Intelligence

Unlock the full potential of HubSpot’s new Breeze AI to streamline your marketing, sales, and customer experience workflows. Learn how this AI-powered tool can transform your business with smart automation and custom solutions.

HubSpot’s recent launch of their new AI capabilities is set to bring new life to the all-in-one CRM, expanding tools for marketing and sales teams for businesses of all sizes.

Notably called Breeze AI—driving home the inherent ease-of-use we’ve come to expect from HubSpot products—the platform has three key components.

Key Components of Breeze AI

Breeze Copilot

Located in the top right corner of your HubSpot dashboard, Copilot is a ChatGPT-like interface that can answer queries such as:

  • Give me a summary of each prospect and company I have a meeting with this week.
  • How many leads that came in today are assigned to me?
  • Draft an outreach email to the contact that I was most recently assigned.
  • What marketing emails are scheduled to send today?

Not only can Breeze AI query any object in the CRM, it can tailor its responses based on the page the user is currently viewing.

Breeze Agents

Along with Copilot, Breeze features virtual “agents” that can assist marketing, sales and customer experience team members in their day-to-day tasks.

For Marketers: Social & Content Agent

Using website scans, brand templates, previous activity, and other key factors, the Social and Content Agent’s can generate content (including podcasts and case studies!) and recommend optimal times for distribution.

For Sales: Prospecting Agent

For sales reps, the Prospecting Agent will identify companies and contacts with your Total Addressable Market (TAM) and automate outreach campaigns.

For Customer Experience: Service Agent

Businesses with a high-volume of customer inquiries can benefit from automatic responses to basic inquiries, with more complex questions routed to human support when necessary.

Breeze Intelligence

Streamline lead capture and empower your sales team to focus on high-intent prospects with new enrichment and prospecting tools designed to build a stronger pipeline. Breeze Intelligence utilizes the Clearbit tech that HubSpot acquired late last year, featuring three key components:

  • Data Enrichment: Keeps company and contact records up-to-date from a database of over 200 million profiles
  • Buyer Intent: Uses your total addressable market and high-conversion web pages to identify high-intent companies
  • Form Shortening: Streamlines conversion funnels by shortening forms based on known CRM data

Building Efficiency with Breeze AI

Generally, Breeze AI is integrated throughout the HubSpot platform to help any user build efficiencies. However, sales and marketing will benefit in different ways:

Sales Efficiencies

  1. Context-Aware Assistance: Get summaries of company and contact info in real-time with the latest activity included.
  2. Streamlining Data Entry: Log a phone call with a specific contact with no clicks and natural language.
  3. Greater Decision Making: Enhance productivity and stay focused with enhanced prospecting and intent-driven tools.

Marketing Efficiencies

  1. Content Creation: Auto-generate blog and social content, or use the Content Remix tool to repurpose older assets.
  2. Greater Personalization: More user signals allow for greater personalization and highly-targeted delivery of content.
  3. Enhanced Reporting: Save time in building reports with auto-generated cross-object reporting.

Implementing Breeze AI in Your Account

While Breeze AI-enhanced tools can be found throughout the HubSpot ecosystem, to get access to all features are a few things to keep in mind:

Where can I find Breeze AI tools in my HubSpot account?

In your HubSpot account, you should see a Breeze AI icon towards the bottom of your left-hand toolbar.

This will take you to a complete overview of all the new features, with links to where you can opt-in to agent beta’s, purchase credits for data enrichment, and identify any upgrades you may need in order to take advantage of all of HubSpot’s new features.

How do I get access to the Breeze AI Agents?

  • Social Media Agent requires HubSpot Marketing Pro or Enterprise. Social Media Agent is on a limited beta with no noted timeline. You can request to join the beta here
  • Prospecting Agent requires Sales Hub Pro or Enterprise. Prospecting Agent is on a limited beta until 2025. You request to join the beta here.
  • Content Agent requires Content Hub Professional.
  • Service Agent requires Service Hub Professional.

Do I need technical experience to set up Breeze AI?

No technical experience is required to get started with Breeze AI. However, quality data is key to getting the most out of the new tools. Before launching Breeze AI to your larger teams, we recommend doing a full audit of your current ecosystem to ensure success.
