Story
In August 2026, Avenue Z launched a creator content blitz for Higher Education, turning 181 videos from 53 creators into live paid media across Meta, AppLovin, and Snapchat. During the 18-day scale-up, daily store revenue increased from $1,984 to $10,785 while blended ROAS held at 2.43x as ad spend grew 5.3x.
The Results
Store revenue per day during the scale-up, Shopify
New customers per day from 23 to 182
Blended ROAS held as spend scaled 5.3x
Blended CAC, from $36.19 to $24.38
The Challenge
Higher Education needed to scale customer acquisition quickly without sacrificing efficiency. The brand also needed a more flexible creative engine—one capable of producing enough content to feed multiple paid channels, identify winning creator angles, and put more spend behind the ads that converted.
At the same time, the program had to scale responsibly. Strong performance created inventory pressure, making it important to have the flexibility to accelerate spend during the growth window and pull back without losing the gains made.
The Approach
Avenue Z activated its Creator Blitz engine to connect creator recruitment, content production, automated ad launching, and performance optimization in one continuous system.
- Protect inventory: Spend scaled to an average of $4.4K per day and peaked at $6.2K before being reduced by 87% when sales began to outpace available inventory.
- Recruit: 53 creators produced 181 videos, primarily featuring Higher Education’s Blue Razz and Green Apple gummies.
- Launch: Approved videos went live simultaneously across Meta as partnership ads, AppLovin, and Snapchat. On AppLovin, end cards were generated in each creator’s likeness to create a consistent path from ad to click.
- Test and scale: A high volume of creator content gave the platforms more creative combinations to test across audiences. Weekly performance analysis identified the creators, formats, and product angles that earned more spend.
Revenue stepped up the day blitz ads went live
The first blitz ads spent on Aug 4. By Aug 5 the store did $8,077 in a day, up from an average of $3,360 a day the week before. Revenue kept climbing for the next 17 days.

Why revenue came down after Aug 21
Revenue stepped up the day blitz ads went live
On Aug 22 we cut paid spend by 87% to protect stock until inventory could support that scale. Compared with pre-blitz, the blitz raised the floor, and it has held through Sep 21: spending 30% less per day than before the blitz ($586 vs $834), the store still does 2.5x the revenue ($5,009 vs $1,984 a day) at 3.6x the blended ROAS (8.5x vs 2.38x). Weekly revenue in September averaged $36.6K, compared with $17.1K a week in July.

4x more ads in market, 90%+ of Meta spend on partnership ads
Before the blitz, the account already ran a healthy testing program of about 61 branded, non-UGC ads a week produced by Avenue Z. The blitz more than quadrupled that to about 257 a week with creator videos, and almost all Meta spend moved to partnership ads running from creator handles.

Creator content made Meta a profitable channel
This compares all Meta ads before the blitz with all Meta ads during the scale-up, from go-live on Aug 4 to the last high-spend day on Aug 21. Both periods use Triple Whale pixel attribution (Triple Attribution, 7-day window, order date). The two periods differ in length, so compare per-day and rate metrics. Partnership ads went from 2% of Meta spend to 93%, and total Meta spend per day rose 6.3x while cost per order fell by more than two-thirds.

$114K all in, $193K in attributed revenue
Time frame: Aug 4 – Sep 22, 2026 (50 days, from the first blitz ad going live through the date of this report). Program cost includes $5K in fixed creator payments, a 10% commission on attributed revenue, and all blitz ad spend on the three channels in that window. Revenue uses Triple Whale pixel attribution (Triple Attribution, 7-day window, order date), deduplicated at the order level: an order that touched two blitz channels (for example a Meta click and an AppLovin click) counts once.

Four creators drove 78% of blitz revenue
The winners were not one type of creator. The top 8 span men and women from their 20s to their 50s across at least six states, and niches from mom wellness coaching and skincare to men’s apparel, veteran and golf lifestyle, fitness, and small-business owners. All eight have under 2,500 Instagram followers: these are everyday creators, not influencers with big audiences. That range matters on Meta: its Andromeda ad-retrieval system rewards creative volume and diversity, and 181 videos from 53 different people, faces, settings and angles gave it far more distinct creative to match to different audiences than a smaller set of branded, non-UGC ads could. Of the 181 videos, 123 drove at least one order. We find winners by testing wide and then putting more spend behind the creators whose content converts. Creator profiles come from each creator’s public Instagram (ages are approximate). Revenue and orders are deduplicated at the order level (Triple Attribution, 7-day window, Aug 4 – Sep 22): each order counts once, and the 132 orders that touched two creators’ ads are split evenly between them, so the rows add up to the $192,543 total.

| Total | 181 | $89,340 | $192,543 | 2.16x | 3,737 | $23.91 |
Performance came from the whole roster, not one lucky creator. Every one of the top 8 creators returned between 1.77x and 3.18x ROAS, and the 45 other creators together returned 1.92x. Take out the top spender entirely and the rest of the program still returns 2.21x ($114,327 on $51,621 of spend), in line with the 2.16x program total. Spend followed results, but results did not depend on any single creator.
Revenue stepped up the day blitz ads went live
Recruit
Creators were recruited from Avenue Z’s creator network and paid a fixed fee plus commission. Most videos featured the Blue Razz and Green Apple gummies.
Auto-launch everywhere
Avenue Z’s ad launching agent put each approved creator video live on Meta (as a partnership ad from the creator’s handle), AppLovin and Snapchat at the same time, with AppLovin end cards generated in each creator’s likeness. The first batch went live on all three on Aug 4.
Scale, then pull back
We spent an average of $4.4K a day for 18 days, peaking at $6.2K in spend in a single day on Aug 16, while store revenue peaked at $15.3K on Aug 15. Sales were outpacing inventory, so we dropped to about $580 a day in spend until stock caught up. Revenue stayed at 2.5x the pre-blitz level after the pullback, and there is room to scale again once inventory is in place.
Sample to content: how fast creators delivered
Days from each creator’s sample delivery (Shopify delivery date) to each video submitted to Avenue Z. Half of all creators sent their first video within 4 days of the sample landing, and 63% within a week.
228 videos submitted Jul 20 – Sep 22 matched to a delivered sample. Creators kept producing after their first video, which is why later buckets fill in: the engine keeps content flowing, not just a one-time drop.
Built by Avenue Z: an always-on creator partnership Blitz engine. This was not a one-off campaign. As soon as a creator video is approved, our proprietary launching agent turns it into live partnership ads on Meta, AppLovin and Snapchat automatically, with no manual trafficking. On AppLovin, our proprietary end card generation engine builds end cards from the top-performing creator ads, using each influencer’s likeness, so the viewer sees the same creator from the video through to the end card for one cohesive journey from ad to click. New content flows from creator submission to paid amplification continuously, so the brand always has fresh creator ads in market. That is how 181 videos went live across three platforms in weeks, and why the engine keeps running after the burst.
