Today, Avenue Z announced its acquisition of Designzillas, a top-tier digital marketing and SEO firm. This marks Avenue Z’s third acquisition in the current year, underscoring its aggressive expansion strategy in the specialized marketing domain. By the close of this year, Designzillas will undergo a rebranding process, emerging under the Avenue Z banner. This move is in line with Avenue Z’s vision of creating a seamless integration between public relations and digital marketing.

Jeffrey Herzog, the CEO of Avenue Z, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We have developed integrated, data-driven strategies that increase market share and share of voice for our clients.” He further highlighted the synergy between the two firms, praising Johnny Hughes, the founder of Designzillas, and his team in Orlando for their 16-year track record of delivering award-winning client work. Herzog also emphasized Designzillas’ innovative approach, being an early adopter of AI in SEO, content, and performance media.

Hughes shared his vision for the future, saying, “I’m excited to build the first truly omnichannel marketing and communications company.” He expressed optimism about the collaboration with Herzog, a recognized digital visionary, believing that it will accelerate the realization of their shared goals.

Herzog also pointed out the strategic advantage of having a base in Orlando, noting the city’s rich talent pool, especially with giants like Disney, Planet Hollywood, and Universal Studios headquartered there. “The metro area is also ranked 5th nationally for tech jobs,” he added.

As part of its post-acquisition plans, Avenue Z is set to establish its presence in downtown Orlando with a new office facility designed to accommodate 100 employees. This office will serve as the hub for Avenue Z’s digital excellence and AI teams. The company has also announced over a dozen full-time positions, inviting talents to be a part of this exciting journey.

With this acquisition, Avenue Z Network is poised to redefine the digital marketing landscape, blending traditional PR with cutting-edge digital strategies. The future looks promising for both Avenue Z and the broader digital marketing community in Orlando.
