What real results and KPIs do your channel partners typically provide?

We typically use partners to drive incremental revenue per visitor, higher AOV (via upsell, bundles, subscriptions), and more efficient MER/ROAS rather than vanity metrics. When you meet with our team, we’ll bring relevant DTC case examples – ideally in your AOV/category – so you can see baseline, ramp, and payback period by partner.

How do we incorporate new partners into our current tech stack?

We start with your current Shopify/commerce, data, and lifecycle stack, then design an integration map across storefront, data layer/attribution, and CRM so each partner has a clear job and doesn’t bloat tooling. Avenue Z leads solution design, implementation, and optimization alongside the partner’s CSMs, while your team retains control of contracts, data ownership, and final governance.

How do you measure incremental impact from each partner?

We treat every partner as a testable growth lever: we set upfront hypotheses, KPIs, and a testing window, then use cohort views and, where appropriate, formal incrementality/holdout tests to quantify lift versus your existing baseline. Partners either earn their way into “always‑on” budget with clear thresholds or get candidly sunset when the data doesn’t support continued investment. These metrics give us the validation we need to suggest when to ‘double-down’ on an investment or to hold back.

What level of access, service, and beta priority do we get with your top-tier partners?

Because Avenue Z is a Platinum‑tier partner with platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop, and has deep relationships with 70+ other ecommerce apps, our clients get dedicated partner reps, prioritized support queues, early/beta access, and co‑marketing/event opportunities. For some partners, because of the volume of buying power we aggregate across our client base, we have access to preferred pricing and ad incentives as well. We use that access to secure faster implementation, escalated troubleshooting, and first-mover tests your in‑house team likely couldn’t get on its own.
