Avenue Z has officially expanded its New York City footprint with a new office in the heart of the Flatiron District. The new space at 156 Fifth Avenue nearly doubles the agency’s presence in Manhattan and marks a pivotal milestone in Avenue Z’s national growth.
The Flatiron office will serve as the central hub for Avenue Z’s fast-scaling public relations and strategic communications teams, supporting integrated campaigns across earned, owned, and paid media. It also anchors the firm’s AI Optimization offering, a core differentiator helping brands regain visibility in the era of AI-driven search.
“This new space is a reflection of the momentum we’re building across every aspect of the business,” said Jeffrey Herzog, Founder and CEO of Avenue Z. “From AI visibility strategies to high-touch PR campaigns – our clients are coming to us for more integrated solutions. This new space gives us the strategic advantage to deliver on that promise.”
The office opening follows a surge of client growth, including wins with Republic Technologies, Prospero, Ualett, and Core VC, while continuing to serve legacy partners like Sagard, Torch Capital, Athena Capital, and Tassat.
Led by Libbie Wilcox, VP and Managing Director of Avenue Z New York, the team specializes in strategic communications for tech, finance, VC, and private equity sectors. Wilcox notes, “This office is designed to support that growth. It’s a space where our team can move fast, think big, and deliver meaningful outcomes for some of the most influential leaders in finance and beyond.”
