The Challenge

Eskiin came to Avenue Z with no existing TikTok Shop presence and a need to generate traction fast. With new Shop launches typically requiring up to 90 days to gain momentum, the challenge was to accelerate performance quickly while sustaining growth beyond the initial launch phase.

The Approach

Avenue Z launched and scaled Eskiin’s TikTok Shop from zero using an aggressive, KPI-driven strategy to accelerate traction beyond the typical 90-day ramp. We activated a high-volume affiliate program, seeding authentic, brand-aligned UGC while building a strong Shop foundation to support rapid growth.

In just over three months, Eskiin scaled to Silver Star Seller status, generated over 4,200 UGC videos, and surpassed $1M in TikTok-driven revenue across Shop and Shopify.
